Project Management Consulting
Noodle Partners is a higher-ed tech start-up based in New York City. As a project management consultant, my accomplishments were as follows:
- Set-up a project management organization (PMO), including several defined roles and best practices for documentation, project initiation, issue management and more.
- Established a repeatable process and timeline for launching online degree programs.
- Researched, selected and implemented a project management software platform (Zoho Projects) for employees, university partners and service providers to use.
- On-boarded and trained approximately 75 people onto the Zoho Projects platform, in addition to creating training documentation a customized user guide.
